Agent Alert Pro is built with your privacy in mind. All data is encrypted and securely stored, ensuring that only authorized users can access the information within the app. For more information, please visit the Privacy Policy link at the bottom of the webpage or within the app.

Setting up alerts is simple and customizable. Navigate to the profile menu on the top left of your screen, select settings, then “Notifications”, and choose the city or cities you’d like to receive alerts for.

When you search for an existing interaction, you’re tapping into our nationwide database–not just your local area. Criminals move. Scams spread. Risky situations don’t stay in one place.

Nothing changes! Your account is linked to your real estate license, not your brokerage. As long as your license remains active, you’ll continue to have full access to Agent Alert Pro–no interruptions, no hassle.

Currently, you can update your phone number under the settings tab. However, changing your email address requires deleting your account and creating a new one.

If you ever decide to stop using Agent Alert Pro, you can delete your account anytime under the Profile section. Just tap Delete Account, and your data will be removed.

Go to your Profile and select either Posts or Ratings to view the interactions you’ve logged and the ones you’ve rated. Everything you’ve contributed is easy to access in one place.

When viewing an interaction, tap View Profile under the Reported By section. This will show you more details about the agent who originally logged the report.

That number represents the Comfort Level (1-5) initially set by the agent who logged the interaction. As more agents add their experiences to the same entry, the number updates to reflect an average– giving a more accurate picture of how different agents interacted with that client.

The system requires a name to log an interaction. If you don’t have one, enter “Unknown” instead. Before adding a new entry, search for “Unknown” first to see if someone has already reported a similar experience. If nothing matches, go ahead and create a new report.
