Our mission is to empower real estate advisors with the tools to report and access critical information, enabling advisors to work with more peace of mind. To keep this community effective, respectful, and secure, members must follow these guidelines:
1. Be Respectful to Your Peers
Treat others in the community with kindness and professionalism. Strong connections build a safer, more effective network.
2. Zero Tolerance for Discrimination
Discrimination, hateful language, and any form of racism or harassment have no place here. Violations will result in immediate action including, but not limited to, discontinued use of the website or app and/or legal claims for damages / remedies.
As stated in the Member Agreement, Agent Alert Pro is not a “consumer reporting agency,” and its services are not considered “consumer reports” under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (“FCRA”) or similar state laws. See 15 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq. By using Agent Alert Pro, you agree and confirm that its services will not be used, either fully or partially, to determine someone’s eligibility for credit, insurance, employment, or any other purposes covered under the FCRA.
You also acknowledge that actions such as denying housing to an applicant or requiring a higher deposit compared to other applicants are considered eligibility decisions under the FCRA. Therefore, Agent Alert Pro services cannot be used for these or similar purposes.
3. Share Relevant and Local Information
Focus on safety alerts and scam-related incidents relevant to your community. Avoid unrelated topics, including non-local or divisive discussions like politics.
4. Use Your Real Identity
For accountability and trust, all users must use their true identity. Knowing you are communicating with verified real estate professionals helps maintain a credible community.
5. Avoid Harmful Activity
Do not post content or engage in activities that could harm others, including spreading false information, promoting scams, or encouraging unsafe behavior.
6. Protect Confidential Information
Do not share sensitive client or transaction details. Stay focused on general safety and community well-being while respecting privacy laws and professional ethics.
7. Report Violations Thoughtfully
Help us maintain a safe and productive space by reporting posts or users who violate these guidelines. However, differing opinions are not grounds for reporting—focus on truly harmful or inappropriate content.
